I love to eat them with tea. I don't put sugar in my tea, so tasting the cookies after each sip is all the sweet I need! Delicious!
Since I've never actually tried them (but! want! to!) I'll just theorize that my favorite way to enjoy them would be in Paris, riding a unicorn. I bet everything is good that way.
I'm very unoriginal in that I like to just eat them straight out of the box (haha)
I've only had them once so far, but they were so good that I didn't want to dilute the flavor by mixing them with anything else!
May Canadians enter? I haven't tried your cookies, but I'd like to because then I'd have something to share with a friend of mine who can't eat gluten.

I eat them in 2 bites! I'd eat them in one, but I try to savor it a little. Although trying them with tea is a great idea, hmmm.
I love to put a Cupola Cookie on the top of ice cream for my husband. The pistachio ones are his favorite so I'd love to win some for father's day.
